- Intake and service preferences: information you submit on intake forms to help us deliver services safely and effectively. Note: some intake information may qualify as consumer health data under Washington law and is also addressed in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
- Payment information: when you pay for services, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
- Communications: messages, requests, and feedback you send to us.

3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your client account and portal access;

- Comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
We will only use your information for marketing purposes (such as promotional emails) where permitted by law and consistent with your communication preferences. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Independent providers: with the licensed professional who provides your requested service, so they can serve you.
- Service providers: with vendors who help us operate the Services, such as scheduling/booking platforms, payment processors, hosting and IT providers, and communication tools. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.

5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
7. Photographs and image consent
Any use of your photograph or image (for example, before/after photos, or images used for promotion or social media) is optional and handled separately from your ability to receive services. We will not condition your access to any service on your agreement to be photographed or to have your image used. Where we collect photos, we will tell you how they will be used and obtain your consent first. You may withdraw photo consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop future use (existing published materials may take time to remove).
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You may:

The Services are intended for adults. Where we provide services to minors, we do so with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children except as part of providing a requested service with guardian consent.
11. Third-party links
Our Services may link to third-party websites or tools (such as a booking platform). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
