This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy is provided under the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373). It applies to "consumer health data" that The Kennedy Collective collects from Washington consumers. It is a separate policy from our general Privacy Policy and addresses only consumer health data as required by Washington law.
1. Categories of consumer health data we collect
We may collect the following categories of consumer health data when you book or receive services:
- Health conditions, status, or symptoms you disclose (for example, skin conditions, scalp conditions, sensitivities, or allergies);
- Treatments, procedures, or services you have received or are seeking;
- Medications, products, or substances relevant to a service;
- Other information you provide on an intake or consultation form that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status.
We collect only the consumer health data needed to provide the services you request or that you have consented for us to collect.
2. Sources of the consumer health data
We collect this data from:
- You, directly, through intake forms, consultations, the client portal, and communications with us or with the licensed provider who serves you.
3. Purposes for collecting and using consumer health data
We collect and use consumer health data to:
- Determine whether a requested service is appropriate and safe for you;
- Provide and tailor the services you request;
- Maintain service and treatment records;
- Communicate with you about your care and appointments;
- Comply with legal and professional recordkeeping obligations.
We do not use consumer health data for any purpose beyond those listed above without first obtaining your affirmative consent.
4. Categories of consumer health data we share
We share consumer health data only as necessary to provide the services you request or as otherwise authorized by you, and only with the categories of recipients listed in Section 5. We do not sell consumer health data, and we will not share it for any new purpose without your affirmative consent.
5. Categories of recipients and specific affiliates
We may share consumer health data with:
- The independent licensed provider delivering your requested service;
- Service providers (processors) that operate our systems on our behalf, such as our scheduling/booking platform, hosting and IT providers, and secure communication tools, which are contractually limited to using the data only to perform services for us;
- Legal recipients, where sharing is required by law or legal process.

6. Your rights regarding consumer health data
Under the Washington My Health My Data Act, you have the right to:
- Confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your consumer health data, and to access that data;
- Withdraw consent to our collection and sharing of your consumer health data;
- Request deletion of your consumer health data. Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete your consumer health data from our records and notify our processors and any third parties to do the same, as required by law.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend by an additional 45 days and will notify you. You may appeal a denied request by contacting us at the email address above.
8. Changes to this policy
If we intend to collect, use, or share categories of consumer health data not described here, or to use it for a new purpose, we will update this policy and obtain your affirmative consent before doing so.
